As for myself, what I can tell you is that underwater photographs came first, and terrestrial photographs came second. I practise what is called "One breath photography" under the water, that is, free diving. In fact, it is a very pleasant and relaxing activity.
On the ground, I have been catching myself recently that I am getting more and more attracted by a specific situation,
namely urban views at dusk or at night. I like the city lights and the beaufifully illuminated buildings. When I travel, I try to feel the spirit of the place, either in some detail or in a conversation. Or probably in a local dish.
I like old Bulgaria and old Europe.
And what I like most is the sea.
