Füssen is a small picturesque town in Bavaria on the bank of the Lech river. As it is located right at the entrance to the Alps, the town has a very rich history, and the houses are beautifully painted according to the Bavarian tradition.
There are Chinese people with cameras, of course, but the overall impression is one of an idyllic and serene village.
No cares about the food – beer, sauerkraut and sausages. Eight sausages per serving.
If you want to feel Bavaria and to enjoy the beautiful castles in the region, Füssen is the ideal place to start.
